We call these exceptional people Pathfinders as they support and assist people through life’s challenges.
Pathfinders have a real passion for helping. They will patiently listen in order to understand your individual situation. We appreciate the sensitivity of the information you might share with us, and that this may even be the first time you’ve talked about your situation. Rest assured, your Pathfinder will take an empathetic approach and are simply here to help you find the right path forward.
Your Pathfinder will not give you advice or insist you do anything you do not want to do. They will take time to clearly explain some options and their benefits so that you can decide which course of action is best for you. As well as sharing knowledge they will support and encourage you so you’re empowered to take more control of any challenges you might be facing.
